It isn't. But whatever makes you feel better as you troll around picking fights.

It isn't besides the point. It's being used as cover to hide the obvious fact he'd lose Pennsylvania. If his daughter was that important, he wouldn't have run for president and been away from her most of her live thus far.

Of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich, and all for the Ryan budget, which isn't a starting talking point, but a reactionary POS. Do better.

Once again, if you believe that any presidential candidate or past or current president doesn't govern of the rich and powerful, for the rich and powerful and by the rich and powerful, then you are kidding yourself.

    Do better.

FDR was considered a traitor to his class.

  6. FWIW - Santorum's daughter was sick when he decided to run for President and spend all that time on the road away from his family campaigning. If her health would have distracted from his ability to perform the duties of President then that alone should have been reason enough for him to quit the race. As it was I think he quit because he knew he was going to lose Pennsylvania. His ego couldn't handle that.

In the end - it was Santorum's sense of self importance not his daughter's health which forced him from the race. There is a reason that hardly any (really can't think of any actually) of his Senate colleagues supported him. If he tries to hide behind his daughter's health then he's beyond despicable.

The fact that Chris_L and I agree on something politically is a sure sign of the apocalypse.
