Rounding up sex offenders

When I was a kid my town did trick-or-treat on Oct. 30. Every single year.

 

I didn't know you were from Detroit.

 

Lima, Ohio, huh? Just don't go swimming at the pool at the Scottish Inns. Never gotten sicker in my life.

As for the roundup? Pre-emptive strike on the weapons of mass dickstruction.

 

I said we were trick-or-treating, not burning shit.

 

Lots of cities in Texas do the same thing with these roundups.

But I think there are different levels of sex offenders ranging from the "Newbie" (the proverbial 19-year-old with the 15-year-old girlfriend) to the "Master Warrior" (the sick fuck who raped his 3-year-old neighbor's boy who inexplicably got a get out of jail free card).
