And which team won a Super Bowl more recently? :)

Nope, at least not in the NFL. We're big pains in the ass. Comes with our teams winning a lot. :)

  3. The Packers, and more recently, the Patriots also have won a lot. And their fans aren't nearly as annoying and overbearing. :)

Hey now, easy on Pennington. He may have a rag arm, but he's a much more effective QB than Grossman or Griese, and more proven than Romo or Eli. No way is he even in the conversation as far as worst QB in the playoffs.

In my opinion, and I'm pretty much reserved in any praise of the Cowboys, but Steelers fans are far worse. Of course, they'd say the opposite.

  6. Actually, I'd have to agree with that. Every time I've gone to a bar to watch Sunday Ticket, there's always a gaggle of Steelers fans (in full gear, including Terrible Towels), and they're so fucking loud, they cheer after every gain, no matter how short, and basically make the experience nearly unbearable for fans of any other team.

OK, we get it. You like the Steelers. You're into your team. Why do I have to be into them?

You don't. But why do we have to be quiet for you?

And obviously the guy who said that Patriots fans aren't bad doesn't know many Patriots fans.

  8. Quiet? No. But they should realize they're not at fucking Heinz Field and 90 percent of the fans there don't give a shit about the Steelers. They don't need to scream after every fucking play. I know it's a foreign concept to many Steelers fans, but there's such a thing as common courtesy.

Dude, it's a fucking sports bar!

  10. Yes, and the rest of us would like to enjoy our games. That is all. :)

That is what they are for.

And I don't knock on anybody for cheering loudly for their team, hell, I once told an entire bar full of people rooting against the Cowboys to STFU (I was very drunk) during the Eagles-Cowboys Monday nighter last year. But it only happens when I've been drinking a lot. For Steelers fans it's like a permanent condition.

Don't get me wrong I love the Cowboys, but there are times when discretion is best. Hell, some STeelers fans would get up and high-five someone else at a funeral if the game was on at that time.

Agreed, maybe add in the 5-time Champion 'Niners.
