If Jerramy Stevens can catch two touchdowns in a playoff game then stranger things, such as the Seahawks getting on a roll, can happen.

haha I don't dislike the Seahawks. Are you confusing me with SteelerSportsJournalists.com?

Edit: Dye makes a good point about the first game. But that was a LONG time ago. The Bears were pretty healthy and Grossman was bursting with confidence. And Alexander wasn't himself. Of course, he wasn't himself last night either.

I know last week's Packers game meant nothing, but geez, the Bears looked awful. Hopefully the two weeks off will right the ship, but I'm not convinced.

Exactly. Back then, some people touted Grossman as an MVP candidate. The next week, Chicago blasted the Bills 40-7. Then came the Cardinals collapse in the desert, which changed things.

Alexander didn't play the first time, and the Seahawks were still adapting to that. And of course, that game was back on Oct. 1, when we thought the St. Louis Cardinals would miss the playoffs and the Detroit Tigers would get sweep in three to whoever they played following their collapse. Long time ago.

I thought Alexander got hurt in that game. My bad.

Honestly I was confusing you with SteelerSportsJournalists.com and BearSportsJournalists.com, oh well.

For some reason I thought Dye was talking about the first playoff game, but he is right the Seahawks played like absolute crap in that first game against the Bears. I just think this week will be different because of the time of year and the playoff experience the Seahawks have.
Seattle also should have Jackson and Hackett back on offense to go with hopefully Trufant on defense.

Not a problem. He got hurt the week before, so it was around there. The Bears game was the first one the Seahawks played without Alexander, which probably didn't help them much there.

Salisburtardy just picked the Bears. Is that a plus or a minus?

I think that is a minus. Hell, Salisburtardy makes Grossman look like a Hall of Famer.

    Your team is toast.

I was reading some BLOG!!!!!!!!!! last week in which the author completely destroyed Salisbury for picking a different MVP candidate every week. Funny stuff.

He picked the Chiefs to win last week, so I'm going with minus.

Salisburtardy was somewhat impressive with his recent knowledge of the playoff scenarios for Week 17.

Of course, all of that is meaningless now, so he may be more of an idiot savant.

    So did most of SportsJournalists.com.

Time to light myself on fire for agreeing with Salisbury.
