LA Daily News isn't at the game. I would presume that the mid-size SoCal papers aren't staffing the game. I'd guess that it's just the LA Times and British papers.

What's the NHL's stance on people blogging the game live? Similar to the NCAA policy where they frown on it?

First goal of the season: Michael Cammalleri for the Kings as another Duck heads to the box.

I think the league knows it needs all the exposure it can get, so it won't bitch about games being blogged.

Never, ever underestimate Bettman's ability to screw up the game and the coverage!

I interrupt this game to announce that Brampton kicked Sudbury's ass last night in OHL action 10-2.

First time the Troops have ever scored ten in a game.

And for those on the Staal wagon, youngest brother Jared was invisible for almost the entire game.

He's gonna have to pick up his game considerably to even get drafted in the sixth round.

As a Canes fan, it's painful to see Johnson.
