I don't have a problem with hockey fights if they start from the game's emotion. Like last night's bout. Two guys pushed and shoved and dropped the gloves. It wasn't two nobody fourth liners like Todd Fedoruk and Cam Janssens scraping because they find themselves on the ice at the same time.

 

Bingo!

 

I really, really hate ESPN. This is just another example. There are lots of interesting stories about the NHL, but it doesn't focus on any of them. But the blood? It is all over it.

 

Phil Kessel, less than a year from beating cancer, is proving why the Bruins took him with the fifth pick of the 2006 Draft...possibly the greatest crop of young players coming into the league at the same time...the revival of the Flyers...Lecaviler, the greatest star no one knows about...

 

And this is why card products like "The Cup" which came out in 2006 are going through the roof in price wise. Odds are you're going to pull a nice rookie auto with a game-worn jersey patch that could blossom into a huge score financially for the lucky one.

 

Is anyone else having trouble with the Yahoo video of the Detroit vs. San Jose game? This is the second time it's blacked out on me.

 

Mine's working ok.

 

When I pulled it up in Explorer, it worked.

Go figure. Always worked in Firefox before.
