What's going on in Tampa? Does management can Tortorella or do they try to trade one of the big three?

 

Devils have sought Vincent Lecavalier for the last few years.

 

I'm not sure there's a team that hasn't sought after Vincent Lecavalier.

 

They got shut out last night, but played a lot better, created 16 scoring chances, just got stoned by DiPietro. They'll get home and probably beat Atlanta on Saturday, and hopefully get back on track from there.

If they're going to trade anyone, it's going to be St. Louis. Lecavalier is the one player on the team who is untouchable.

 

Not a team in this league who wouldn't want him.

He'd be a rock star in Montreal.

 

I know that, but it has always made me hope that something would actually happen.

 

They've got to get Lecavalier locked up. Tampa would go ape if he was allowed to leave.

 

Lecavalier isn't a UFA until 09, at which time he will most definately cash in
