Whalercanes regain touch on the man advantage, take out Florida.

It was embarrassing watching Carolina not muster a goal against Atlanta on Friday. The Thrashers couldn't hold out a pee-wee hockey team off the scoreboard.

Jason Strudwick pots the OT winner in Pittsburgh. Rangers 4, Penguins 3. All four Rangers goals came from the defensemen.

Lombardi and Nolan potted consecutive goals in the second period at Northlands. Flames up two-zip midway through the second.

Yeah, but if you saw the game, Hedberg made some incredible saves.

Hedberg had a standout game - I'll agree with that. But being shut out by Atlanta? You know better than to keep defending that.

Brutal game, and not just because I'm an Oilers fanboyloser. It was like watching a WHL team play a teir II junior team. brutal game. the Oil are really starting to miss Souray, Moreau, et al.

Yup. Saw that on one of the PP's last night. Calgary didn't respect the Oilers' defensemen on the PP, recognizing that they weren't going to shoot the puck.

Then you get Hemsky who will never shoot the puck, just holds it on the half boards with his stick up his ass. I once saw him circle behind the net on a breakaway looking for someone to pass it to. He has got to learn to shoot.

    Is Hemsky a European?
