Whalercanes go from completely lifeless to absolutely lighting up Edmonton (sorry, Beef). Well no ... it can't be Bizarro World. Atlanta looks kinda flat.

As Eric Staal goes, so go the Whalercanes. The hat trick merely reinforces the point.

I saw one of his goals--kind of a breakaway--and boy, it was reminiscent of the Cup year.

 

Even without Crosby I'd rather watch the Pens and Habs than Leafs and Sabres on HNIC

The CBC sports reporter, in my humble opinion, is the best in his business in this country, if not North America.

His Inside Hockey pregame show is absolutely fabulous.

 

I actually hated both of them. not that it matters anyway.
