I think the Flames should be fine, they're 11-8-4 against their own division, and that's all they've got left on the schedule.

That said, with all the in-division play down the stretch, this is going to be a great, if nervy, stretch run.

You know I'm crazy about you Flash--except for your disdain of the CFL. :)

Sorry, sweetness ... you know it's the tiny little part of my brain that would rather be an American.

    And I emphasize tiny.

Yeah, well, I'll make sure you're the first to know when my kid's drafted. Eligibile in '09

You're getting old. It's one thing to post the same thing twice ... but in the same post? ;)

By the way, the day your kid starts in the CFL, I will cheer for a CFL team. How about that? Deal?

I will even buy that team's shirt and wear it for a picture.

    Getting old?

Jesus, Flash, I'm about seven fucking years from collecting my old age pension.

    And you have a deal.

As long as it's not the Argos, I'll be happy. :)

Oh shoot, yeah I should have that written into the contract as a rider ... no Toronto or Montreal teams allowed. And maybe not B.C.

What have you got against Montreal?

Oh, and by 2010 they figure they'll have a team back in Ottawa.

Maybe we should start a CFL Running thread. :)

    That's like half the league.

    Saw the news about Ottawa.

Can't stand anything Montreal. With the exception of smoked meat.

    It leaves six teams.

Seven if you believe the old rumour they'll put a team in N.S.

    Bahahahahahahahhahaha!
