Running 2007 NHL regular season thread

Talking to a guy I work with who was at the Leafs/Canes debacle last night.

During a commercial break, they played a clip "Top Ten Leafs Playoff Goals".

Every time they showed a goal by a present Leaf (McCabe, Kaberle), loud boos.

Goal by Sittler, Clark, Gilmour, loud cheers.

Leafs Nation is about to start a War on Hockey.

 

Sweet.

 

You know, I like you most of the time.

 

Sigh ... JR, I think I'm destined to be with a Leafs fan. The last two boys have been blue and white through and through ... I don't know what to do.

Embrace their Leafdom...or something.

 

The Leafs just didn't have the speed to compete with the Canes last night. Add the stupid penalties and the mistakes on the blue line and it made for a disastrous night for the Laughs.

 

Dammit!

 

Try some of the guys south of the border ... who don't bleed blue and white.

Red and black isn't a bad way to go. And I'm not talking about Calgary.

 

Maybe I should just place an ad on craigslist.
