That ought to scare the bejesus out of a few people.

Ooh, the boos are loud and raucous.

Patrick Sharp with a PPG. 'Hawks up 5-3. The natives are restless in Toronto.

Pens go back-to-back with Canes (home) and Caps (road) and get four points out of it. Very nice. Sounded like Fleury was on tonight. At least there will be one thing I DVR'd today worth watching when I get home.

With 2:55 remaining, Chad Kilger scores. Leafs trail by a goal, 5-4.

Bad news for you, though: Christensen a scratch. Fanboard not really sure why.

    Ruttu with the empty-netter.

'Hawks have a 6-4 lead with seconds remaining.

Grrrrr ... that's just not right ... not the way he's been playing.

Let's say you're John Ferguson Jr.
The 2007-08 Leafs don't look much like a playoff team. No speed, pretty prohibitive cap issues, a complete lack of goaltending and a fairly aged team.

What do you do? Do you take a hit on the season and start rebuilding? Do you trade Sundin, McCabe and Tucker for young players and picks?

It's unfortunate for Paul Maurice, because there's only so much you can do with nothing, but I'm having trouble seeing him still employed by Wednesday.

You do what you can to keep the fans from turning into a lynch mob at this point.

Brilliance ... Cherry calling Foligno 'stupid as hell' for turning and taking a hit.

It's time for him to retire.

No ... it was time for him to retire five or six years ago.
