Jeff Van Gundy said it best last night about the Knicks possibly taking Gallinari ... "We once passed up Ron Artest and you can see that that was a terrible decision because we ended up with some stiff from France." I'm fearing Gallinari will go the way of other NYK foreign picks like Weiss and Nene (whom they flipped for the immortal Frank Williams).

Agreed on Bilas ... the man has no schtick, just brains, strong analysis and clear, concise delivery. He's what "analysts" should be.

I don't know much about him, but if you averaged 20 points per game in tha Pac-10 last year you had a good scoring touch. The Pac-10 had the best defense as a whole in the nation.

    Ummm, maybe.

These kids are all so young, it's tough to tell.

If he went to St. Marys in Phoenix for high school, I would think he is at least a decent kid.

    Who is Jason Thompson?

I hope the Celtics take a flier on Kyle Weaver. He could be a very, very good perimeter defender, and could spell Allen and Rondo.

BTW, I hate that they wait the full five minutes between picks even when it's obvious they already know who is going next just to fill out the show. I mean, did the Bulls really need their five minutes? The Heat? Fuck ESPN.

For someone who thinks he knows a lot, he talks out of his arse a lot. No, no-one thinks of the Pac-10 as a hoops conference Stu, you complete muppet.

You'll like Bayless. The kid can score and he's NBA physical. Gets to the rack and has no fear.

I have no idea if you think Pac-10 hoops sucks or not after that post.
