Mustard - I'm with you. That was the worst period of game by Pittsburgh all tournament. This thread must be sent to 69 quickly.

Scottie Upshall is some 'tough' guy going after Tyler Kennedy and now tonight Petr Sykora.

 

And, to think, I had already figured out how I was going to make the S.C.-to-Pittsburgh drive for a Game 6. If one of these conference finals goes six, I'm screwed.

 

Pens need to dump and chase when they get into the offensive zone. Philly's done a really nice job taking away the middle.

 

Just throwing this out there and it's probably already been thrown out there so feel free to throw it back in my face but:

1942 - Maple Leafs down 3-0 to Wings. Leafs Win 4-3.
1975 - Islanders down 3-0 to Penguins. Islanders Win 4-3.

33 years later both the Penguins and Wings have 3-0 leads.

History does repeat itself.

Not saying its going to happen, but you never know.

 

With any luck, history repeats itself with the Stars and Wings. I just want the Penguins score goal before going to Game 5 to hopefully close out the series.

EDIT - All right, feeling better now that it's not a shutout. But now I want the comeback.

 

If the Pens can get one in the next five or six minutes, we'll have a hell of a finish.

 

I'm hoping for the Stars comeback too ya know

 

Oh, I know that. I had you in mind when I made that post. Stars-Pens finals would great.
