    That was nice.

    Shit, off the skate.

    OK, still a goal.

Note to Malone, keep the stick on the ice when Sid has the puck.

    Marty,

Thanks for leaving your stick back there.

Biron loses (taken from him?) his stick, and it's 2-0 Pens.

If we don't see a fight in the next five minutes, we will never see a fight.

    Flyers look mediocre.

They had some good chances early, but in the last 10 minutes, they have flattened out.

    Honest opinions, guys...
Can the Pens keep pace with the Wings?

The Red Wings, if anything, need to worry about themselves right now.

I've not been able to watch much hockey last couple weeks.
Are the Wings still not selling out?

Not even close, though the games are being reported as sellouts.

Pens' fanboard got ahold of the Wings' presale passcode to buy Stanley Cup Finals tickets to the games in Detroit. The sportstalk station there also apparently started giving it out every few minutes on the air. There's going to be A LOT of folks from Pittsburgh at those games.

Excellent point. Until they're in the finals, it's probably a bad idea to presume anything like that.

  12. Mark - I think the only team in the West that could have given the Penguins trouble was Anaheim because of their defensemen. Malkin or Crosby will be drooling to get a matchup against the slow broken-down Chris Chelios. I think Zetterberg/Datsyuk would give Gonchar/Orpik a good test and some problems but I'm not buying the Wings after the way they shutdown in game 5 at home.

Mustard - Detroit can expect a huge Pittsburgh invasion as I've heard estimate of thousand tickets were bought by Pittsburgh area.
