Good grief ... how many shorthanded breakaways will the Stars give up this game?

And why am I still watching this train wreck?

Yeah! You could be watching Belleville knock off Gatineau right now. :D

EDIT: Make that Belleville clobbering Gatineau right now. Why am I still watching this train wreck?

Thanks. I went to ESPN and looked at Crosby's splits and I didn't see the Red Wings listed. Much like Tomase in Boston, I assumed.

I feel shame. I'll go to the box for two minutes, now.

I think it's great that Versus reset the score to zeros at the start of the third.

Tommy Dreamer just texted me and asked me to pass along his kudos to the board's Red Wings fans.

I know you're on the Wings wagon right now. But let's not go making predictions. Don't want the hockey gods to get upset.

It will be a good, hard fought series.

I was llipping between the Belleville/Gatineau and the Wings/Stars game.

The Memorial Cup game was far more exciting until the Bulls blew it wide open.

A Belleville/Kitchener final would be awesome after their seven game OHL championship series.

Not gonna happen. Spokane has now qualified for the final.

    Belleville-Kitchener is Wednesday.

Skidded on a dumb patch. I knew Spokane qualified because they kept repeating it.

So, what's the scenario if Bulls beat the Rangers on Wednesday?

The Memorial Cup reminds me of all those hockey tournaments my kid played in.

They had all these incredibly arcane tie-breakers in place.

Hell, I dunno. I had to doublecheck with one of your papers to make sure the NHL Network guys (eh, Rogers Sportsnet guys?) had it right in the first place because it didn't seem logical to me.

nice NHL schedule for Detroit..First 3 games same nights as Pistons-Celts with games 1 and 2 at the Joe while Games 3 and 4 of NBA ECF are at Palace..Brilliant,take one of your best markets and purposely give up ratings....Cant wait to hear the excuse..There is none..What would happen if the teams shared the building...
