Their two likely big signings that they I've seen reported so far are Chris Simon and goalie John Grame (sp?). Big threat to the NHL. Isn't this the same league the Times tried to make a big deal about 'signing away' Alexi yashin? It will never be anything more than a second or third option.

Here's a little bit of stupid trivia. George Brett is part owner of the Chiefs which prompts the question, "Why?"

    How'd you ask?
I say "Who own the Chiefs?"
    What did he say?
    Owns. Owns.

1st runner up: I don't care who own the Chiefs. I hate it here.

We should make a road trip to Raleigh next year and see a game ... Lord knows, the trip there would probably still cost less than a night at the 'Dome.

Scalpers were getting $250.00 a pop at yesterday's Mem Cup Final .

Any NHL'er going over there to play better get all of his money up front. There's no way the Russian League teams can sustain that kind of salary scale.

Hey Flash, I'm in for that road trip. Imagine actually going to a game and not breaking the bank.

How much do the Flames soak you for a ticket?
