No, he's hockey's Bandwagon Boy, my all time favourite poster.

    Yes, this is late.

Still, I don't care. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette put out a special section for the Cup Final. And the cover kicks all kinds of ass.

Anything Mario would say would be a distraction for the team.

"It is both convenient and predictable for Lemieux to hide in the background at a time when the game most needs its relevant stars in place, because it's always been about convenience for Lemieux."

Yeah, battling back from cancer to play again was very convenient for Mario, and fighting to keep the team in Pittsburgh was so easy.

It would have been so much harder for him to move the team to Vegas, then he moves back to Canada and count money the rest of his life.

I know I am a fan of the Pens, but come on, could the city have asked any more from a kid who could not even speak English when they drafted him a few decades ago?

I know someone will think of a better example, but has any one athlete done more for a franchise and a city than Mario? I cannot think of one.

I'm guessing the Pens will score twice and Wings thrice.

    3-2 Wings
    3-0 series

    No comment from Mario.

I think the Pens will win 4-1 and Typewriterhill will whine about the officiating. I figure at least one of those is a lock.

I think it will be a major victory if the Penguins score ONE goal.
