I can't wait to hear all of the rationalizing and bullshitting the Penguin homers in the Pittsburgh media will spin the fact that they lost to Detroit tonight at home will do over the next two days.

I'm sure we'll hear about the Penguins heart and the fact that they don't cheat like those meanies from Detroit....

The Pittsburgh press laid it one the Penguins after the first two games -- and deservedly so. Not sure where this is coming from.

As for tonight's game, yeah, it sucked. Guess the Pens will just have to win in seven games now. ;D

  3. Detroit is playing their system very well and believed their stars could shutdown Pittsburgh's allowing the series to come down to the role players. No one expected the Wings to be able to shutdown both Crosby and Malkin during 5-on-5 play.

I'm hearing Malkin has something wrong with his shoulder but I think it is the team's way of taking pressure and responsibility off him because he went from dominating in the Ottawa and NY Series to being a ghost in the Stanley Cup.

Being a hockey fan, I want to see every Cup final series go 7. Red Wings, however, win the Cup on Monday night IMO.

Pens might want to try staying out of the box.

It's going to suck-diddly-uck when Hossa leaves as a free agent.

    [lolpen]I can keeps Hossa?[/lolpen]

    I don't think Hossa leaves.

I think some version of the Malone, Orpik, Laraque and Ruutu foursome leave for greener pastures.

Helm is fast becoming one of my favorite players to watch. He can fly.

Red Wings not going to give this game away.

    Next goal wins game four.
