Detroit is SO getting a power play early in the 5th period.

 

So, I finally tune into a Stanley Cup Final game in almost its entirety. And my God, NBC's production is horrible.

We're now between OTs and these guys seem completely lost. They're awful.

Thank god the game is good.

 

I would say it shouldn't be a penalty because he's being helped into the goalie by the defenseman, and is trying to make a play himself, rather than running into the goalie on his own while one of his teammates shoots.

But there are much more knowlegable here that will know better.
