When ESPN gets the tourney, "One Shining Moment" will become a rap song by Bow Bow, Bret Michaels and Ja Rule.

I think you misunderstand. I'm not calling for a foul on the guy setting the pick. I'm calling for a foul on the guy who crashed into him.

    CBS, you blew it.

    One shining moment? The tournament.

One ugly moment? Thank you Jennifer Hutson. You look great, you sounded like a nightmare I had.

I will say this, back when ESPN broadcast the first two days of the tournament they did the whip-around coverage light years better than CBS ever did.

But yeah, I expect that they will fuck it up.

    You're right. My mistake.

But they'll never call a charge in that situation.

Yes, the ESPN broadcasts of the first round up to 1989 were fantastic. I want to say it was Saunders and Vitale in the studio but it was nowhere near as stiff as what CBS puts out.

Whenever I hear Gumbel's voice during the first weekend, it sends an automatic cue to my brain...

"Sorry, chump, we're going to screw you from the game that you're enjoying for some game you don't care about for the next seven minutes."

I watch Dancing with the Stars weekly. Between Jennifer Hudson doing "One Shining Moment" and that Bob Huggins-Da'Sean Butler makeout session, I feel less gay for doing than watching this year's tournament. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

WFFW. This has really gotten out of hand.

(And I await the massive flaming I'll get as a result ... )

God damn, I can't believe I'm about to type this too. I agree with Digger on something.

Butler and Duke are a good example of what happens when a core group stays together for 3-4 years.
