The famous Princeton-Georgetown game was on ESPN, right? Didn't Vitale make one of his ridiculous "I'll walk to Princeton if they win" claims about that game and then was sweating the outcome?

Coulda sworn he said he'd dress like a Princeton cheerleader if they won.

I know Tony Bruno said in 1996 he'd walk from Bristol to Syracuse if the Orange made the Final Four.

 

From '87; I remember Dickie V trying to stand on his head after Austin Peay whacked Illinois in the first round.
If Peay hadn't blown some late free throws against Providence, I hate to imagine what he would've done.

 

Butler's movie isn't "Hoosiers." It's "Rocky."

While the hard working team shouldn't have gone 10 minutes without a field goal if it wanted to win, Fuck Duke is a shared thought.

 

I was impressed with how well both defenses played tonight. It's amazing how when Butler didn't make a shot for more than seven minutes, the Bulldogs' defense kept them in it. Only if more teams could preach defense.
