Cal Bears over Lulville, minus one Bear starter. Well, Pac 10 2, Big East Zip. I'm not gonna crow about it--neither team is likely to go past the round of 16, if that--but I hope Feinstein, Lunardi and co. have taken notice.

We'd like to thank Louisville for wasting yet another season.

And how many people think there will be nobody rooting harder for Kentucky to get knocked out of this tournament than Rick Pitino who is suddenly no longer king of the basketball hill in his own state.

26-6 in the first round, 14 of my Sweet 16 left, but Marquette screwed me so only seven of my final eight.

If you had Marquette in the Elite Eight, you screwed yourself.

Watching College GameDay. Dick Vitale's picks for some of the coaching openings:

    Iowa - Steve Lavin
    Oregon - Bobby Knight
    St. John's - Rick Pitino

    Those seem likely.

Dick Vitale is one of the nicest men I have ever met, but he's basically become the Larry King of college basketball.

Sure he did. He audibly orgasmed during each and every Clemson dunk. Though that's the big, fat fanboy in me talking.

That's a damn nice 1st 2 days, if you ask me.

    I'm 23-9, 12/16 and 7/8
