I like watching both of those teams.

I would love watching Kentucky play if there weren't 20 cutaways to Ashley Judd every game.....

Wonder if she stopped banging UK players when she got married.

Can someone explain to me when the Kansas State player fell and BYU had the ball the refs called timeout? Also, don't you think if the officials called timeout that player should have had to leave the game? BYU clearly had the advantage of play and the timeout took it away. I could understand giving the ref stopping play when Kansas State regained possession or BYU scored.

Would Northern Iowa be in this tournament if they played in the Pac-10?

    Not likely.

In a one-and-done format anything can happen and Kansas has nobody to blame but themselves.

But pardon me if I don't wax poetic and celebrate mediocrity, which is what this year's tournament is all about.

Fine, let's just let Rivals rank the recruiting classes and crown a champion without going to the expense of playing games. With the stakes clearly defined, Northern Iowa did what it had to do. Kansas did not. No asterisks.

The city fathers in Riesel, Calvert & Hearne are salivating at the thought of the speeding ticket revenue they're going to collect from Baylor students next weekend.

Who knows they might have won the Pac-10. You never know. Sounds like you just want the top 8 schools from the SEC, Big East, Big 10, Pac-10 and Big 12 in the tournament.

Did I say a thing about asterisks? Did I say a thing about No. Iowa being lucky? Or did I say Kansas has nobody to blame but themselves.

    That's what I fucking thought.

Again, it is one-and-done format and anything can happen - but it becomes comical when people try and act as if they upsets mean anything more than one team played a near perfect game and pulled an upset.

It's why the tournament is great.

That was one of those games we're going to be talking about 10 years from now and it seems like it's been a long time since we had one like that.

This isn't just a No. 9 beating a No. 1, this is a mid-major beating the No. 1 team in the country.

    So much for that.
