I have UDub versus the West By God, and a one and a two could fall before 9:30.

I do enjoy having Bilas call the game with Endberg.

    Sloppy freeking game.

I love the state of college basketball today.
Butler coming out of its mid-major modus to put a first-half whipping on 'Cuse.
You have the one-year wonders at many schools but also the capable under-the-radar tourney teams like Washington that are loaded with young talent.
And you have the Londoner for the Huskies trading baskets with the Turk for West Va.
Good stuff in both these early games.

BTW, Kentucky will win by 17.

It starts and stops with Cousins, I think.
If Cornell can't find a way to get him off the block, get him in foul trouble, pinch him in his side until he explodes – it'll be a long night.
Kentucky will go through some shooting droughts, but if Cousins plants himself on that block and just feasts on the offensive glass – it'll be a rout.
Cole Aldrich is no Demarcus Cousins – when this guy wants to be dominant, he's dominant.

Not yet – you knew Syracuse would make a run.
Butler has the ability to respond to it.

And there's our obligatory 'they're not booing, they're Scooping' comment from Gus.

Sorry to be the spoilsport, but UK will have a double digit leave at the end of each half.

I'm going to have a hard time disagreeing here – a lot of folks keep talking about Cornell's ability to hit the 3.
Keep in mind that Miami-Ohio hit 15 3's against the old Cats earlier this season – the game where Wall won it on a buzzer beater.
More importantly, Cousins and Patterson combined for a total of 20 boards, 10 offensive.
Now I know Cornell is worlds better than Miami-Ohio, but still – 15 3's is still 15 3's.

    Rick Jackson's pissed.
That's the one thing I don't like about my favorite sport, hoops.
The entire dynamic of a game can be changed by players either being taken out of the game with foul trouble or being disqualified.
If you penalize with automatic two, or three FTs it'd be one thing.
But a person is at-risk of being taken out of the equation for good, sometimes by questionable calls.
Football and baseball aren't like that.
