Henson has like a 7'6" wingspan, it's ridiculous.

I think second place in the ACC is wide open this year. TPTB will do everything they can to keep the Devils in that spot, but they're weaker than they've been in a while, particularly in the post.

Do you understand basketball even a little bit? All of that stuff - running and gunning - is what Roy William's teams are ALWAYS looking to do. They want to run, they want to push the pace, they want to get up and down.

The problem is, you can't trap and press a disciplined team like Wisconsin and have much success at turning them over or speeding them up. The odds are they will break your press because they don't turn the ball over much and they will either get a lay-up or run through their offense anyway.

North Carolina did what you need to do against Wisconsin - played them straight up and trust that your talent is better than theirs.

That's called a great coach making the right adjustments to beat a top ten team.

Wisconsin is one of those teams nobody - well except the Brian Griffin "Euro ball is always better and American AAU players have no fundamentals" of this world - wants to watch and fewer people want to play against.

They are disciplined in what they do, extremely smart and tough, and they protect the basketball and don't waste possessions. When they lose in the tournament it is usually to a team that has more talent and is able to be patient and protect the basketball and take good shots as well.

If you are happy with almost losing to a bunch of plowhorses like Wisconsin, at home, when you have the speed UNC has, then so be it.

They played Wisconsin's game last night and almost lost.

I thought you were the king of "let them play?"

I know lots of people hate both UNC and Kentucky, but if you enjoy watching quality basketball, this game certainly feels like it's the best this season could offer. The level of NBA-level talent on the floor is crazy.

They were ready for Wisconsin and what the Badgers would bring. Good preparation. But if anyone throws Roy a curveball, he hasn't shown a propensity to handle it, and doesn't communicate the changes and adjustments well to his team.

He failed to do that against UNLV, instead choosing to bark about the people in the stands who were not Chapel Hill fans.

Wisconsin is solid and very, very good. But the Badgers are predictable, which helped in preparation. Chapel Hill wasn't ready for UNLV, didn't adjust and again ... when it hit them, they didn't know what to do.

What a great one this morning tween Ky and NC

Other must-see TV for me tonight ... MSU hosting WVa on ESPN-U

Alabama and Vandy looking good this season from the Southeast Conference, too
But Kentucky sure has a great stable again this season. They look sleek.

    What a candy-ass Bubble Boy.

It's going to be great to see his face blown off again, in March, when it means most.

    "I'll never leave Kansas . . . "

All he can do is recruit. During the game? Laughable.

Just to note Boston University defeated Boston College 75-61 yesterday, BU's first win over BC since 1974!! That's a loong time, but not as long as this season is going to seem to BC.

Hearing rumors that Eli Holman is coming back tonight for Detroit Mercy . . . just in time to bump fists with Dickie V on the night the court named after him gets dedicated. Any info?

Last year, people were talking about how Wake Forest was the worst team in ACC history. It's only taken one year for a challenger to emerge. BC is wretched.

Just another double-digit win for 10th-ranked Mizzou.

This is the best-looking Mizzou squad I've seen in years.
