    The ones who actually threw punches weren't. Lyons did appear to start the whole thing with his jawing, though.

    Tom Crean looked like he was having a stroke after IU hit that shot.

    Yeah ... Don't let a Kentucky fan catch you making that mix up.

    KU = Kansas.
    UK = Kentucky.

    I'm honestly not sure if there is anything more beautiful in sports than that buzzer going off with the ball in the air, and the ball dropping through. Just an awesome half a second every single time. Even on a walk-off home run you don't get that hold-your-breath mix of visuals to the same degree.

    In the Bluegrass, KU is Kentucky Utilities.

    It's honestly tough to even put into words how important that win was for Indiana basketball right now. It has been a rough last few years. The losing under Crean. The filth of Sampson. Even his good teams were filled with troublemakers and drop-outs. The Davis years, when he established no recruiting ties within the state. I hope that this turns out to be an NCAA Tournament team. We'll see. But Indiana basketball is so important to the state's identity. It was uplifting to watch that today.

    You mean like the one Calipari was calling for just before the kick-out pass?
