If Zeglinski doesn't shit the bed, they win by 5-10 tonight.

As a Wahoo fan, I'm pleased with the result, if only because they absorbed every punch at Cameron. That's a sign of a mature team. Granted, it's a lot easier to stay in the game playing 5-on-5 rather than the usual 5-on-8, but the Hoos have nothing to be ashamed of.

It's nice to see Virginia do some nice things in basketball. They have a very good coach who hopefully will be there for the next 15 years.

I'm calling it now --- UConn to the Elite 8 and perhaps Final Four.
There won't be too many teams on a yearly basis that are more athletic or look more like "basketball players".
They may be a year away or whatever. Who knows? But this team's got a special look about it.
That's a solid roster of players with size. Good recruiting, obviously.

This Tony Bennett shall be associated with the Art of Excellence.

But I can only hope that the folks in Charlottesville understand that success isn't measured by tempo of play. Bennett has brought the same deliberate style that worked for him in Pullman. But beware of those who might scream that it's boring, dull, unexciting, etc. See also: Herb Sendek.

And Wake Forest is terrible. Understanding that it's only Jeff Bzdelik's second season, he's not doing too much to quiet the critics of this hire. NCSU is absolutely drumming them.

Florida State has re-discovered some offense. Same ol' defense.

And Chapel Hill is in BIG trouble in Tallahassee. Trailing by 23 with 14:30 remaining.

And Roy STILL won't call a timeout. It's OK, Roy ... Dean isn't going to strike you down by using one.

What is going on there? I caught the end of the first half, and UNC was within six or eight. I left the house for a little bit, came back, and FSU is up by 30.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for a Carolina asswhupping ....

Well ... Roy still has three timeouts. I'm sure he's worried that Dean is going to strike him with a wet noodle for it.

In all seriousness, Dulkys is on fire from beyond the arc with 32 points. Same old Seminoles defense. And for Chapel Hill, only Tyler Zeller looks like he cares. Roy looks lost. John Henson picked up a dumb technical, slapping the ball out of a Florida State player's hand after a whistle.

Seminoles riding the high, and Chapel Hill won't be able to get the skid stains off their uniforms after this one. And somewhere, Leonard Hamilton is wondering why his team can thump Duke and Chapel Hill more than once in a while in Tallahassee, yet lay as many eggs as a team with this kind of defensive intensity possesses. The offense can disappear ... that's the primary reason. But there has to be something else to it ...

As a relative I know, a devout Duke alum, might say: "Nothing can be finer than to whomp on Carolina."

"Whomp" might be an understatement. A woodshed is involved with this one.

Pitt basketball is officially a dumpster fire this season.

This is an absolute shitkicking. Everyone on that team, save maybe Zeller, should be embarrassed.

Roy looked completely lost. Couldn't tell if he was shocked or if he was trying to put on a brave face and not completely lose it for all to see.
