When was the last time a top 5 team lost by this margin to an unranked team, I wonder?

Once again, Seth Greenberg is gathering momentum to be on the NCAA Tournament bubble, only to miss out. A loss to Boston College will not help the report card.

Baylor eased by Oklahoma State 106-65. OSU coach Travis Ford was in the media room for less than a minute. That includes time walking onto the podium, giving an opening statement, answering one question and walking out.

The guy's made a career in not closing the deal in spots which could really help him. Squad's not deep enough, clever enough, or good enough.

There's nothing on this year's VT schedule to suggest it's an NCAA tournament team anyway. Two wins over an Oklahoma State team that just got boatraced by Baylor. Other than that, nothing. Young team. Next year was supposed to be an NCAA year. Not this one.

Pitt still searching valiantly for the bottom of the barrel.

Pitt may not win 3 BE games the way they are going. Of course after Cuse, the whole conference is impossible to figure.

Iowa isn't as bad as it is inconsistent. They could easily finish .500 in the Big Ten.

    Edited to add:
Iowa's Big Ten wins: at Wisconsin, at Minnesota, vs. Michigan
Iowa's Big Ten losses: vs. Purdue, vs. Ohio State, at Michigan State
I'd say 3-3 through that is pretty good. Especially since games at Purdue, vs. Wisconsin, at Illinois and a home-and-home with Indiana are the toughest remaining games on the schedule.

Kansas taught Baylor a lesson tonight. Nevertheless, I'm curious how Baylor has started getting these players. They've got a scary collection of athletes, especially in the frontcourt. What's happening to draw all of these kids to Waco? Is Scott Drew just that good a recruiter?

Scott Drew must be cheating his eyes out.

The only possible explanation for any team winning at Baylor, right?

    Roy really is the best.

    http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/7469169/roy-williams-unc-tar-heels-says-apologized-players-left-court-florida-state-seminoles

-- Roy sends his entire team to the showers with 15 seconds left vs. FSU. Except for the five scrubs he let finish the game off. Roy bails for the showers with the starters.
-- Roy says: "Every prospect, every walk-on I have ever had -- if I eat steak, you're going to eat steak; whatever happens to every scholarship player, you have to do. I would never leave five kids out there," Williams said. "If I was going to do that, why wouldn't I stay out there? I saw it happen one time on TV, and I thought, 'Why would they leave those kids out there?' "

WTF? Does that make ANY sense on ANY planet?
