    Mizzou wins.
Tennessee gets Cuonzo his second quality win.
    Vandy loses.

KU squeaks past Texas. Oh, well, can't have everything fall my way.

I'm really disappointed in Jim Boeheim.

He should have taken his team off the court with 12 seconds left (well, all of his team but the scrubs) in order to protect his players from the fans storming the court.

What kind of example is he setting?

    Exciting games today, for sure.

State's Rodney Hood should rate freshman All-American consideration.
Definitely as good as anbody Kentucky's trotting out there this year.

Pulling for my old pal Eli tmrw, but not wanting to crossthread so I'll just quiet down and go to bed.

    Hood: 11.7 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.1 apg, 0.5 steals, 48.6 fg, 40.8 3ptfg.
    Anthony Davis: 13.8 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 4.7 blocks, 1.5 steals, 65.8 fg, 0.0 3pt.

He's in the discussion, but he's not "definitely as good as anybody Kentucky's trotting out there this year."

They didn't lose it, Bulldogs won it. Sidney had a spectacular second half, Steele shot the lights out, and Moultrie is right in line to be the 13th apostle.

The SEC Rookie of the Year started his first game yesterday:

"[Cuonzo] Martin's insertion of mid-term freshman enrollee Jarnell Stokes into the starting lineup in place of Renaldo Woolridge paid immediate dividends Saturday. The 6-foot-8, 270-pound Stokes recorded his first career double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds."

The kid should still be playing in High School, but instead he's logging a double-double against the defending National Champions.

Wait ... Missouri left the Big 12 because of Texas, yet you're not happy about Texas losing?

Surely you are aware that for Missouri alums, hatred for Kansas trumps all.

With a road loss last night to WAZZU, Cal drops into a first-place tie with Oregon in the Pac-12. That's right, Oregon.

TigerVols, I'm curious what you'll do next year, when your Tigers and your Vols are rivals?

Can the SEC brag that it's 1-2 in the polls if it's 1. Kentucky, 2. Missouri tomorrow?
