He better give an acknowledgement to those Ray Charles officials, in his acceptance speech.

 

I watched a good part of he the first half of this game, and Mizzou was enjoying some home cooking. I also don't think Mizzou has enough inside to be a legit threat past the Sweet 16. And one player is not enough.

KU beats them by at least 10 in two weeks.

 

I'll be disappointed if KU doesn't beat them by at least 20 in Allen Fieldhouse.

 

The last two minutes were even funnier.

Not that Kansas doesn't deserve it, the way they were preening before the thing was locked up tight.

 

Yeah, karma's a bitch, and sometimes she's wearing stripes.

 

Now I'm not one to toss around conspiracy theories , but I do think it's funny there's a video of Alden hugging the refs (one who primarily does SEC games, none of them regularly officiate in the Big 12) as they came off the floor.

Funny how the impartial observers who announced the game for ESPN were unanimous in their immediate reactions that the charging calls were correct.

 

All coaches are just peachy, and the officials are fracking wonderful, each and every one.

I just love -- FUCKING LOVE -- hearing beaker fans bitch about officiating. I've seen no mention of Tyshawn Taylor's turnover that led to Denmon's go-ahead 3-pointer... and no mention of Taylor bricking two free throws when one would have tied the game.

Suppose that was officiating as well.
