Just when you thought Karl Hess couldn't be any more of an attention whore:

He just tossed Chris Corchiani and Tom Gugliotta from their seats behind the scorer's table in the Florida State-N.C. State game. Holy ...

If Pharaoh hadn't come around, God was sending Karl Hess to the Egyptians next.

Is it too late to reconsider? Just when Dick Paparo was finally in the rearview mirror, along came Hess because goodness knows people come to watch him showboat.

To be fair, I can picture Corchiani being a bit of an antagonist. But why does Hess, who seems to get a lot of top assignments, have to be more thin-skinned than anyone else?

(And Headbutt ... Word. Just ... word.)

Great SEC game this afternoon between Missouri and Texas A&M. If Mike Anderson were still in Columbia, I'd think strongly about the Tigers as a national champion pick.

I don't trust Frank Haith, but I love the roster. Haith's 1-1 for his career in the NCAA tournament. I can't pick a coach like that. Right now, I'm going North Carolina, Ohio State or Michigan State.

I like Haith, but given his 1-1 record in the Tournament, I wonder if Haith just let his guys pick up the ball and play, which is something that Scott Drew should be doing with Baylor.

Drew may have single-handedly ruin Perry Jones' NBA future.

Nebraska on a 40-2 run. Now I feel bad for Bruce Weber's assistants.

This is as good as it gets for Missouri, and I give them full marks. This collection of people has maximized their potential with the system in place.
