And maybe three of the Final Four if VCU doesn't win the CAA tourney.

Totally forgot about VCU. Good point.

Not so fast. They'll cremate Providence, and have a punchers' chance against the Ville.

Not even Roy could toss this one out. And the way Chapel Hill rebounded, it wouldn't have mattered much. No contest ...

True, but on cue his D gives up how many in the second half? 42? That's the first step in blowing a 24-point lead.

The second step: Only scoring 18 ... which the Tar Heels more than doubled.

North Carolina did not almost blow that game. Give it a rest.

But they somehow blew a 11-point at home in under two minutes, right?

Dropping 24 in 20 on the road should be easy, IMHO.

    Hi, Paul Kenyon!

I don't see any typos in Thamel's story. But Kenyon's story names its source (the athletics director), so that's a win.

Interesting timing with the Baron firing, juxtaposed with Virginia's injury woes. Billy Baron, who transferred home to play for Dad, would be getting major minutes for the Hoos, who likely will be playing with six scholarship players today.

Ha, well played. I do, however, know Kenyon and he'd never resort to such shameless self promotion. :)

They probably finally got around updating Thamel's story, but for the at least the first hour it was it up there were a bunch. I wasn't trying to knock him or anything, he got that story up damn quickly. About 15 minutes after the university said the A.D. told the players.

Question now is if he'll stay or transfer and lose another year of eligibility.
