Running 2011-12 College Basketball thread

Michigan State looks locked in right now. I have to think this team can make the Final Four with Mr. Izzo at the helm.

 

I was pretty upset at watching UMass go down to St. Bonaventure. But flipping around, if I was an N.C. State fan right now, I think I would have burned down my house. Holy crap, did the Wolfpack get hosed. If they don't get into the tournament now, those refs might need to enter witness protection.

those same refs went back and put about a full second back on the clock so they could perhaps get a better shot off, then when you look at tape from the back angle there is no clear possssion by and NC State player during the last sequence.
Refs didn't do nuthin' to NC State.

 

Florida State's Golden Girls are ... um ... talented. That is all.

 

The packaging and presentation figure into it, but yes, they are indeed, at the end of the day, inspirational with their work ethic

I am actually pissed off that Kansas is not taking the court against Mizzou. I was looking forward to that Championship game since Mizzou proved back in December that they were for real.

 

With Beaumont-based Lamar U.'s win and pending NCAA trip, Pat Knight sends a big "F___ You!" to his handful of SportsJournalists.com detractors.

 

Is that like Renardo Sydney's F___ You to portion control?
