Called strike three. 10 K's. Six in a row. Perfect through five.

 

Strikes out the leadoff batter in the 6th, and then a rain delay.

Fuck.

Pops up the first batter after starting him out 0-2. Was one strike out away from the AL record of eight straight K's.

 

No offense, but I really don't feel like tearing up my front if he gets this thing, so of course, I have to root against it

 

I figured the rain was mother nature's way of saying that even she couldn't take the Mariners' pathetic offense any more.

Maybe the toughest out in the lineup.

 

As good as CC is pitching this year he does not stand a chance at winning the CY Young.
