Then maybe Granderson's manager should STFU.

And the Jays are only 28-27 at home....

Maybe Granderson should quit looking for signs and not get picked off on the old third-to-first play that never works to end the game with Teixeira at bat.

    Hell yes, I'm Jinxy McShotglass.

(Oh, well, Indiana's got a big kid on the mound in the LL regional semifinal on the Deuce ...)

Not sure if it's more about the Phils or the Dogers, but ...

    Down 6-0 thorugh 3, Phils lead 9-7 through 5 1/2.

Congratulations, Brewers. You can thank the overrated Cardinals for shitting the bed down the stretch. Enjoy your one-and-done postseason (not like the Cards would do any better), and try to find a way to live without Prince next season.

My god, the Cardinals suck ass.

Having realized Toronto still has a baseball team, ESPN has discovered the secret of its long string of third-, fourth- and fifth-place finishes since 1993. Well done, ESPN!

If the Royals don't blow their current lead -- which is a coin flip lately -- stay tuned for another blowup from Mount Ozzie this evening. Everybody's favorite stalwart, Bruce Chen, stuck it to him for the third time this season.

Yea, at least there's one more team (besides the Tigers) that gets dominated by Chen. :D

In other news, Mariano Rivera has blown two saves this week. Just a bad stretch or is it the beginning of the end for him?

Updating myself: The Giants have now hit 20 consecutive home runs with nobody on base, breaking a major league record that had stood since 1914.
