This one is weird. I've been on most of those stairwells (though I prefer the industrial sized escalators, personally), and I can't figure out how you could fall over a railing and land on a lower landing. A tumble down the stairs could definitely do it, but if you fell over the railing, I would think you'd hit the ground floor.

I'd make it a 10 a.m. start just to fuck with those assholes.

Here's an interesting take on the NL Central from Fox Sports.

Yankees playing a wraparound Monday game in Baltimore today.

Day game? You can't be serious?

Of course the Orioles scheduled it as a night game.

Why are you reading FoxSports.com? It's the Netscape of sports sites.

Fuck. Netscape. I'd COMPLETELY forgotten about Netscape.

And don't look now, but Mike Moustakas is waking up. 12-game hitting streak, average up 40 points. Viva la Revolucion!

Of course. Gotta fuck with the Yankees, who have to fly alllllllllllllllll the way up to Boston after that. From Baltimore to Boston? What's that, a 16, 17 hour flight? And with cost cutting you're probably not getting a full meal on the flight. Maybe stale peanuts, but nothing else.

You won't get as much whining from 25 PMSing women as you will from the Yankees. God forbid they get treated like any other baseball team, and not given any more special accommodations beyond what the umpires already give them.

The Yankees play day games on getaway day. Just saying. Even when their home stand continues and it's just the opponent that is traveling.

(They've made exceptions for the Rays, since the Rays will never schedule a getaway day game.)

You're really complaining about a two hour flight? They'll be wheels down in Boston way before last call.

The Yankees are considered the most difficult team to deal with when it comes to rescheduling games. Hell they're making Minnesota break up a homestand to go play one game next month. A game that was rained out before the season was a week old. They reap what they sow.

The pot is screaming that the kettle is black in this one.

Resignation has set in, unless there is a miracle collapse (hello Mets '07 & '08), there will be a new Champion this year as the Giants pathetic hitting has put up an insurmountable barrier for even the best rotation to overcome.

Its not Bochy's fault, its the hitters, where their supposedly best hitter, Pablo Sandoval, has a mere 50 RBIs, exceeded by even the most mediocre of players, Orlando Cabrera (majority of his were with that juggernaut Reds team). The Giants are 50 runs behind the 2nd to worst scoring team. When Miguel Tejada is complaining about bunting (he of the .273 OB, not BA, and slugging .324) there is a mindset problem as well.

Shocking it is that the Giants, World Series champs, are looking at not making the playoffs and the alleged fluke Rangers are holding off the Halos for a postseason berth.
