    That's terrible. Looks like James Shields doesn't have to worry about Price poaching the "Big Game" title from him.

    MC, the only reason I can give, and I'm not going to begin to say it's good enough, is that the Phils want to try to ensure that Atlanta's not one of the teams they're facing in the playoffs.

    Given that, one would wonder why they didn't start Hamels if that's the case.

    I'll advance this theory if Halladay comes in for the fifth, Lee for the seventh and the Vancinator for the ninth.

    Also, if Hamels won't be pitching until early next week, this is a good chance to get him some work before then.

    Yanks have to put him in the pen for the ALDS.

    With some of the garbage TB has in its lineup, Maddon and everyone should be amazed they are tied for the wild card on the final day of the season.
