They are, just a little bit less of one.

That isn't the argument you made. You were arguing base on the number of innings. If you want to say it was a bad investment because Papelbon failed in game 162, that is a different argument.

Your ought to keep track of the things you argue. You have a tough enough time with that.

I argued he was overpaid and a poor investment. Do you not think the Red Sox wish they had a decent catcher, healthy third baseman or replacement-level No. 4 starter down the stretch instead of him sitting on his ass four or five days a week?

You argued that a reason he was overpaid was because he got such a small percentage of the team's outs. That's a bad reason.

That was a subsidiary point. I don't have time for 1,000-word treatises without paragraph breaks.

Nah. To get a true sampling of what happened in a 162-game series, let's go to a best of 21 game series. Sheesh.

I'm pissed at Tony Francona. Why the hell did he leave and let the shithead McCarver back on the job? His bias for Detroit in this series bleeds.

And it's pretty evident Cabrera has replaced A-Rod as the Fox love child.

    A.) Terry Francona

B.) You know McCarver had a "minor heart procedure" before the series right? "Minor" of course being a heart procedure that somebody else undergoes.
