If Washington is playing his outfield the same depth in the 9th as he did in the 10th, the Rangers are still celebrating. The Cards were scoring on Berkmans single especially with 2 out ane the runner going on contact.

Same here ... and I don't think it was a coincidence that all our calls/e-mails with volleyball and water polo scores didn't start arriving until after the game ended. I had to alter our Friday night football coverage as well. Now how to figure out how to wrest the remote from the news desk in time for the first pitch ...

So much for Kim Ng in Anaheim.

Dipoto is a cancer survivor, btw.

This Halo fan is thrilled; Dipoto is a quality choice.

Now that's not a bad selection! I wonder when Kim Ng will get her chance, though?

She's sharp as a tack and seems really cool. She should have gotten a chance already.

There's only 30 jobs with a few openings each year. She deserves a shot, but she's hardly the only one out there who is qualified and finding themselves consistently left out of the game of musical chairs.

While artifacts such as Gerry Hunsicker and rote incompetents such as Ed Wade occupy front office positions.

And you base this insightful, profanity-laced analysis on exactly what?

    Reams of anecdotal evidence?

For example, I also know many Cardinals fans. And, by and large, they ARE a bunch of fucking douchebags.
