With his links to Reid, it should be a no-brainer.

Acee is saying on NFLN that Rivers actively lobbied Spanos to keep Norv.

Easy to say now. Which current assistants have that presence?

LOL at all the Philly fans that want Reid gone.
He is the best coach these idiots have ever had.
Would they rather have Norv Turner, Jim Caldwell or Jason Garrett as their freakin coach?

I don't mind Lovie coming back for what it is likely a transition year. He did a great job last year, and the team was headed to the playoffs again this year. I still wish he would occasionally show a little fire, but his approach seems to work for that team. Of course, the team as it is currently constituted needs an infusion of talent, or it's going to fall off a cliff soon. The defense is getting old, and Angelo had failed to restock. The offense, despite Cutler and Forte's best efforts, still needs a playmaker or two on the edges. I would hope those things are foremost in management's mind during the search for a GM. My fear, though, is that they'll drag their feet and try to get by on the cheap, ending up with a guy other teams didn't want. Or, and this would be the worst-case scenario, they revert back to pre-Angelo days and decide a new GM is not needed.

Jaguars want to talk with Broncos OC Mike McCoy.

That's fine with the fan base out here -- especially if he takes Tebow with him.
