I never suggested any such thing (and have no clue who Quentin Brewer is), so please stop trying to put words in my mouth. Instead I was merely responding to the absurdity of your Jordan/Carmelo comparison. You made the ludicrous statement here, not me.

Xan, this is sweet. This is some of your best work. I love it when you slip into character like that.

Kobe won with Shaq and then Pau + Bynum; MJ won with Cartwright, Wennington and Longley manning the middle.

All stats aside, the eyeball test showed you just how dominant MJ was over all other players in the league. Kobe has never been the most dominant in the league.

Kobe and his awful defense, what with 9 selections to the All-NBA first team.

    Also, Pippen-Rodman >>>> Gasol-Bynum.

What is it with those Simeon kids and torn ACLs?

John Wall has 2 games with 20 points and 17 assists. The rest of the league has 0.

John Wall will never be a great player.

I missed most of the Kobe-Michael argument here, thank goodness, as I never imagined the topic was worthy of an argument. Bryant is a very great player, one of the best in history. He's not as good as Jordan was, not even close. Jeez, Bryant isn't even the greatest Laker ever. He might be third or fourth.
