    I totally get where that can wear on you if you are around it all the time and people take it to an extreme. Personally, just the lore of the Curse was entertaining and wondering how long it was going to continue was fun to follow. The thing for me was the Curse was fun and enjoyable and one of these weird stories in baseball but the Patriots stuff just isn't fun. It's sad.

    The Phillies never really had anyone worthy of being traded to bring about a curse. Somehow, the Curse of Grover Cleveland Alexander doesn't have quite the same ring.
