But none of their players spent time in a Chinese jail, so there's that.

Scott Van Pelt last night said that Middle Tennessee state is in, and Nevada is in. If I am a mid-major and didn't win the conference tournament, I would never believe I am getting an at-large bid until I see it on the screen

I tuned out after their obligatory selection of nine one seeds for the tournament.

Jordan Barnett, Mizzou's second-leading scorer, arrested at 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Suspicion of DWI. Mizzou's policy says any athlete arrested for this offense misses at least one week of team activities. That means first-round NCAA game for sure and possibly the whole tournament as long as the Tiggers last.

There ain't nothing good that happens in a car at 3 a.m.

I'll freely admit that I don't focus on the basketball College Gameday as much as I do the football version, but every fucking time I've tuned in they've been babbling some mealy-mouthed horseshit that defends the nonsense of the system. When the FBI information was leaked a few weeks back they spent a good deal of the show basically shrugging their shoulders. Bilas has become almost as bad as Vitale at defending the people in charge with Tweets that practically have a template. "I've known coach ______ for ___ years and have always considered him a man of integrity. There's no way I believe they were aware of _____."

I beg to differ. Depends on who you are with, what you’re doing, and if the car is parked.

My dad was driving me home from one of my midnight Putt-Putt tournaments that ended around 3 a.m. He was pulled over . . . for driving too slowly.

That's the sign of a paranoid drunk driver.

Yeah, the cop kinda explained that. But my dad was just a slow driver.
