No doubt. For some reason, God really doesn't want to see UVa reach a final four. Seems like it's the same story every year for Bennett's teams: phenomenal regular season where they far exceed everyone's expectations, and then something goes awfully wrong in the tourney.

I know they haven't lost yet, but Hunter's injury sure sounds like that theme repeating itself yet again.

I think this is going to be a Duke year. Still picked Mich State. I'd rather be wrong than find myself rooting for Duke.

I just don't think Duke is consistent enough to win six in a row. Could be wrong. But Mich. St. is one I'm considering as a winner. Probably go with Villanova though. They are good.

In very important news, it looks like this year’s generic shooting shirt slogan for the non-flagship schools is HERE TO CREATE. My verdict: better than ALWAYS REPPIN, worse than (INSERT SCHOOL HERE) MENTALITY.

Nice from St Bonnie’s coach remembering Bob Lanier didn’t play against UCLA in 1970becauee he was injured. 1st tourney win for the school since 1970

Was that Grant Hill as the third guy in the booth? Good god, he was useless.

My entire family, going back about four generations, was born in Olean. My dad got his MA at SBU, my great aunt worked there. Great win for the Bonnies.

USC's Metu is sitting out an NIT game tonight because he doesn't want to get hurt and jeopardize his NBA future. It's spreading.

So, so Pac-12...bitch about being left out, under repped then lose your next national game. BCS/NCAAs it doesn't matter.

Double OT in LA with USC and Asheville. What's the deal with NIT playing four quarters?

I read a story yesterday about it. The are testing some different rules in NIT games. Four quarters, the FIBA 3-point arc, some differences in the shot clock on offensive rebounds, etc.
I turned on this game with 8 seconds left in regulation and watched the rest despite the Bill Walton Factor, which makes the broadcast virtually unlistenable.
