    Actually, KU has been pretty good about getting out of the first weekend compared to peer programs. It just hasn't won as many championships as the other blue bloods. The Elite 8 losses are the killers.

    Common sense tells me Tech is safe. Past history says they opened the door for the committee to fuck them if other results go sideways.

    Much as I hate to admit it, the Hokies have -- at last check -- three wins over the Top 5. It was enjoyable to watch them gag away a three-touchdown lead tonight, though.
    The supremacy of football is the only thing that explains why the Hokies aren't still in the A-10.
