Cincy has 9 seconds to force OT or win after coughing up a 22-point lead. What a game.

Yeah, I got tickets to Atlanta, too. Not exactly the quartet I was looking for.

    Screw it. Let's go 'Trieves!

The defending national champ with a bunch of four-year players got knocked out. At that moment, that was the lede.

Clemson winning by 30 on the way to the Sweet 16, just like we all predicted in November.

Did I see Billy Packer's lips move while the CBS team was talking?

Which will be higher: Clemson's margin of victory or Auburn's final point total? Right now I'll be shocked if Auburn cracks 40 for the game.

Arizona's debacle got the Pac-12 rightly ridiculed, but the SEC has quietly had a pretty shitty weekend after being built up as one of the best conferences in the country.
Eight teams in the tournament, and two make it to the Sweet 16. One got to play two mid-majors. Both regular-season champions will have lost, including one in a blowout. Two teams lost in the first round, and I'm not even sure Missouri fans knew or will remember that Missouri played in this tournament.
Auburn could have salvaged this thing for the league, but ... damn, dudes. Have an early flight or something?

And here's what I love about this stage of the tournament: One of those teams, Xavier, Florida State, Gonzaga, Texas A&M or Michigan WILL play for the national championship.
Kentucky and Michigan can get bent, of course, but it's fun to consider any of those other teams in that rare air when most of them have never sniffed it.
