The next three Olympics are all within 2,000 miles of each other, Pyeonchang, Tokyo and Beijing. The weird thing is, there is almost a straight line running through all three cities.

Like most sports it is even more impressive live. I live near a bobsled run so occasionally we will walk over and watch skeleton racers or bobsledders train.

The start for the Skeleton is sprinting down hill on ice before jumping on your sled. Looks nuts.

Local cop made the Canadian team so hoping for a good result.

Yeah, I mean how do you know you're going to be good at it?

Once you start down the chute, you're committed. It's got to be worse than looking down from the high dive, wondering what the hell possessed you to be there in the first place.

Coverage started last night. I stayed up too late watching downhill training runs and curling. Bode Miller is no Tony Romo when it comes to transitioning to the booth.

Love I'm able to stream the app on Roku and watch the curling when I want to ... and without missing the first few rocks of an end because of commercials or break-ins to other sports.

Watched USA "shatter" OAR (I know, groan) in its entirety live at 6 p.m. instead of having to wait until 10 p.m. And woke at 4:55 this morning to catch USA-CAN before work.
