A week away and I’m already bitching. Was checking the PGA championship app to see when live coverage will start next week and... it won’t. It’s all been moved to ESPN+. Guess I’ll be joining live coverage on ESPN at 1 then.

In other news, played my first round since tearing my labrum in October. Had PT, no surgery, and had no pain. All that work on my shoulder has added 15-20 yards to my game.
Also, playing at a public course, I was in a foursome with Gregg Williams -- former Jets DC -- and his son Blake, also an NFL assistant. He is talking to three NFL teams about coaching positions.

Rust from COVID? Not for Spieth. First competitive round since the Masters, shoots 63 in the afternoon in North Texas to tie for the lead at the Nelson.

This is a Korn Ferry track, at best. Also, it's been used recently for like first stage KFT qualifying. It's not a PGA Tour course.

They left Trinity Forest because of weather issues. Seems to be prying for a move to the new PGA course that opens in a couple of years.

This is pitch-and-putt stuff that you expect at La Quinta.

I assume you're talking about the course that the PGA of America building for their move to Frisco. We're holding our IAGA conference in Frisco in November, not sure if I'm going, but I do believe that's the endgame.

If it had been a men's regional they would have found a way to play. The NCAA treated female basketball players like second-class citizens in San Antonio and they're being dismissive of them now.

Sounds like Riggs from Barstool Sports is close to putting together a tournament for all the scorned women's teams. Let that sink in.
