I would ask how the hell they even found that, but maybe some of the marshals are caddies. I played horribly there yet the loopers would find my garbage over and over again. I think caddies are optional there at certain times but you're an idiot if you don't take one.

I played foursomes a couple of times at a private destination club where there was hardly anyone on site. We'd play it in the afternoon as our second round.

Playing in carts, the key was to not ride with your partner, but your opposite man. While the two players tee off, the other cart heads straight for the landing area. Then the guys who teed off head straight to the green to play the third shots. You could burn through 18 in about two hours.

After his tee shot, Bam Bam has 70 yards to the hole.

    On a par 5.

US making every putt. Euros making none. This Ryder Cup could be over the first day. McIlroy is way off. It won't be close if he can't win some.

For the next two days, maybe the PGA of America can find a few more par 4's that can be reached off the tee.

Fleetwood has missed two consecutive birdie putts of six feet or less. I wonder if the Euros will get 10 points total in this Cup.

Fun way to spend my Friday working from home. Also glad to see the coverage on the Ryder Cup has toned down a bit from the late 90s-mid-2010s coverage and it's back to being treated like the made-for-TV "good vs. evil" cash grab it's always been.

After a day putting that reminded me so much of myself, Europe should take 2-6 and run.

McIlroy sitting Saturday morning; if that doesn’t put a bit of pressure on the eight Euros, I don’t know what would.
